My interest in real estate first began when I realized the wide variety of opportunities this area has to offer. Eight years ago, while I was attending business school; I purchased my first property. Since then, I have purchased and sold numerous investment properties throughout the area. This experience has given me the knowledge necessary to assist my clients in meeting their broad spectrum of needs.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Madison and Tom during our experience buying a home for the first time. They supported us every step of the way with Madison taking the lead and Tom stepping in as needed to support us. Buying a home is an overwhelming process and Madison took the time to get to know us well and guide us through it. We had a very specific budget in mind and she understood exactly where we were coming from and guided us without ever pressuring us to do anything we felt would be a stretch. We went from learning we had to leave out apt on May 1 to moving in on June 6 with her guidance and some luck along the way. Madison and Tom also suggested a team of people to help with the process. The lender they suggested offered us rates no one else could touch and the lawyer and home inspector were also great.
